guide 4 newbies and low skill players
whats good people. My Nick is Hitbox and i wanna help those people who got prob. to improve their gameplay.
first at all i wanna start with the mouse setup.
find a mouse that feels good 4 you and a good high max.dpi in combination with a good mousepad to make your mousemovements more smooth.i self prefer the logitech mx518. to eliminate all negative acceleration go into the windows mousemenu and disable this bad bad acceleration you wont happen^^ let the other settings at default. the mouse dpi setting.well i play with 1800dpi and a ingame sens. about 1.5 thats a good balance and gives me the control i want to aim quick and clean.1800 is way enough.no one need more. . may not the optimal setting 4 you.play arround with it.a lower sens helps alot to improve your aim.
headset
sound is important to make out where your opponents move. practice it with a friend or clanmate .let him walk behind a wall and try to follow him with your crosshair. the sound of his footsteps equal in both ears let you know youre aiming directly on him and youll get this momentum you need to make the first shot . otherwise you can hear how many people are moving. thats when people call you a wallhacker^^.
movement
aim allways for the head.you can adjust your crosshair on your teammates head. imagine where your enemy will or could appear or where his position could be. all maps have spots where 9/10 a player will be .combinate it with using sound.
weapons and recoil
short range.
to control the spray of an ak as example is maybe a bit tricky but not impossible. how longer you press the firebutton how more will your crosshair jump up.hold against it and pull your crosshair down. aim 4 the head and pull down. the recoil is different 4 every player. no joke. make sure you have a good framerate to lower it. have an eye on the bulletimpacts. mastering this technique allows you with a bit luck to spray down 4-5 people with one clip nonstop shooting. you should not do this allways . your goal is to take down a opponent with less bullets. a tip 4 midrange firefights..aim 4 the head or chest and duck down while shooting after the first 2 or 3 shots and the 1 or 2 needet bullets to take someone down will hit.
longrange.
allways. burstfire.learn strafing. means move left and quickstop by pressing d as example.shoot 1-2 or 3 bullets and move right.moving while shooting makes your fire extrem unaccurate.strafing helps you to get accurate shots without getting a too easy target. never crouch untill your aim is on a good lvl. you will be a easier target if you do. a tip 4 snipers who dont know why some people switch to their sidearm and back.it looks cool and makes you faster..not at all^^ .you see 4 a short moment your regular crosshair.it helps to aim faster if there is someone close to you to get a quickshot. the right timing and youll get the kill. your fps. to get more into it.i use a crt monitor.the reason no latency and i can play at 100hz on 1024x768. 100hz=100fps my monitor can show me what means a totally smooth feeling (4me). you can get 300fps .a 60hz monitor wont show more than 60fps. remember higher fps =lower recoil. play on your max hz rate and disable verticalsync if you cant get over 60fps as example. verticalsync is setting your framerate equal to your monitor hz-rate.

He actually has some really good points in that whole thing, yes the presentation is lacking but don't call it junk.
I give props to anyone that posts a guide, at least hes being constructive and trying to help people.
