Lag in game problem

My friends and I have been lagging every single clan war we go in. After a minute or two we both go 4-10 fps, then disconnect. This just happened today-8 times already-..

EDIT: We both have average 30-50 ping/status and average 60-100 fps for years.

well maybe it depends on your windows and the servers you enter to, for example: I had Windows 7 and I live in Boston, MA so my ping was from 50-70 now I have Windows XP Sp3 Black Edition and my ping is from 30-50, this is why I think on your connection and the servers u enter, I'm always entering in Bravo/Delta/Alpha
