Clan Member Banned for "Hacking"
So my friend and clan member Pow2DaFace was banned three days ago for supposedly "hacking." This is completely false and i want to know how the hell the moderates came to the conclusion he was hacking.
Was it cause he had a good kill death ratio in the game or something? Me and my friends all tend to slay people in this game and occasionally some cry baby will kick me from a game cause he thinks I'm hacking but seriously, Pow2DaFace gets his account permanently banned for no reason?
Look at his stats hes got total kills of 2600 and total deaths of 1400 that's not even that insane. What the hell is going on here, where is the proof he was hacking?

Exactly, but he wasnt hacking or shooting through walls or doing any ******ed **** like that. I be the reason he was banned was simply because he had a good kdr in a game and some ******* got ****ed. -
How about you show me proof he WAS hacking.
This is crap, you're implying someone could just be mad at someone who is good at the game and accused him of hacking and then the victim would have to be the one who goes through all the trouble and proves everything? -

Unfortunately no, we don't have any videos of us playing the game because there was simply no reason to have one. The video would have probably been no different than the game he was banned from so it wouldn't have helped anyway. Ive been playing this game for over a year, never had any reason to record or try to ensure my legitimacy against unfounded hacking accusations.
We want to know what proof they have of him hacking. So me something real. Someone accusing someone isn't god damn proof. -

If he can get a hold on the replay that got him banned he might be able to explain his actions in that game.
As said before, he has to contact support. Forums aren't the place to talk about bans. -
Try PMing Saidin or try the support system and while you're arguing with them, ask for the replay that supposedly showed you hacking. If you were hacking I wouldn't even bother complaining on the forums; I'd just create another acc and buy more hacks.

I Want know if Crossfire will be updated and XTRAP 2 !! Because im ****ed of hakers!
Yesterday I saw haker in 2 ZOmbie mode.
He done with score 213/2 ( LOL!? WTF!? ) and he had m16
HE was cop and doing multi kill with m16
The hack as i heard is V.I.P. hack and contains 1 shot K.O.
Pls update XTRAP ..

They don't ban by KDR.
Someone sent in a replay (more than likely) and it got him banned.
Do what everyone else said. Have him contact a GM. -

I am also a real life friend of Pow2daface and pizzajew.
How can we prove that he is not hacking? Furthermore, how is a video of him doing well proof that he WAS hacking?
Pow2daface played CounterStrike for a long, long time. Anyone who is remotely good at CS is really good at CF.
This is BS and you'd better believe pizzajew and I are not going to shut up until our friend, who is a NEW PLAYER to this game, is unbanned and can continue playing. -

Well, this must be a mistake then. If he was hacking, wouldnt he just make a new account and continue hacking? And would two of his real life friends be in a thread asking why the hell this happened?
By the way, I am using his computer right now to post this. There is no spyware, viruses etc.
This just seems like a case of some noob getting ****ed cuz he got killed over and over by someone better than him, and the GMs will not admit they made a mistake.
I have spent over $80 on this game. If this is not resolved, I will not spend one more cent. -

Closed and whatnot, Rob answered your question on how to get a ban changed.
EDIT: GMs don't work on the weekends and Canadian National Holidays.
