I am asking very generously and kindly for someone to make me a nice siggy. Not too big and not too small. I would like it to have my name in it of course. And I would like a fox in it similiar to mine. I also want it as a green background with a checkerboard border. Not too hard eh? ;D

As many details as you "want" isn't as many details that are typically wanted by the designer.
This is why I stopped making stuff for people in photoshop.
They were never specific enough on stuff.
Never specific on the dimensions of the picture, the colors or anything.

Just get a stock/render, say what size sig you want and colour. Also get 30 more posts and your 1337

espacialy with few detail.
Details are important
Because the designer doesnt have the same taste as youuu.
