Must Be At Least Sergeant Rank (Should Be High Enough For Dragunov Sniper)
Need At Least A 1.0 KDR
Must At Least Have A Sniper For Team Play (You Can Have Pistol/SMG/MG/Shotgun/Rifle But MUST Have A Sniper)
