hey im tired of euros coming to american svr , theres way to many euros playing at the american svr , when theres 2 uk svrs . they wont stop every game i get in theres full of euros and i lag really bad , and when i shoot them they dont die because of lagg any way u guys can prevent this ?

I agree. It's becoming insane. I'm beginning to feel like I'm the only person capable of having a ping lower than 150.

You my friend dont know much about EU pings obviusly. Im an European myself, a Dane to be exact, and my ping is 130 if i play on NA servers, which i do quite alot, since my clan is american. I do know some EUs got pings higher than 150 on NA servers, but there is quite alot which got lower.
