About kicking the clan members

Erm my suggestion is that the Letuants shoudnt kick only the leader can cuz our clan was good and a noob called the rev he hacked this acc and came 2 our clan (Ktsero is hes name) and kick all members!?!!??!!! so we should have this rule or onther suggestion is (if u dont like the first 1) the letuants can kick but they cant confrom the kick only the leader can confrom the kick.

Yeah, the leader should be able to disable what the LT.s can do.
