My avatars, its a shame cuz sometimes it wont let me use some

is there anyway Z8games can make the file size limit extended? Like is it in the forum options?

Cuz i wanted to use some avatars but it always says the same thing "Remote File too Big"


and i tried making my friend one, IT WAS 2 DECIMAL POINTS OFF

You can google search picture resize and find something there and make the pixels 100x100 and it won't look distorted since it is only 2 pixels xD

Try using the URL option instead of the avatar upload option. Just enter the link to the image:

The other solution would be to use a program like paint.net and try resaving the image as a jpg. The save dialog box will show you the target filesize. Just adjust the quality settings until it is small enough to be uploaded.

All 3 of those images are the correct size pixel-wise, you just need to get the filesize down a bit.

Oh yeah... The file is just too big because of all the stuff it has on it... That would be cool if they made it bigger... Yeah..

If you use Photoshop, you have the ability to adjust visual properties in order to compress thefile size. I've attached an image below. Just remember the file must be smaller than 19KB (18.9 the HIGHEST recommended size) or 150px X 150px. Both are viewable and adjustable in the Web Devices interface. You can find the interface here; File > Save For Web & Device
