Ping Problem

I used to always have around 68-71 ping with vent running and nothing else, now i get like 110-170. Only when Crossfire is running. When Crossfire isnt running i get regular ping wttf? I can't play like this. Please help.

umm, you sure you didnt download extra stuff that is running while you play? turn those useless extra's off, umm and 100 something ping doesnt lag..200 something does tho..so at this moment, you are in no danger of some major lag that will damage your k/d or game play experience

Right now, it is at 480 something and it spikes to 3708 all the time, for no reason at all! Everything is shut down on my computer, all of my other computers are shut down, it still doe's it. In the begining when I first started playing CF i got 30-32 ping then it went to 68-71 ping, now its at where it is, 480. If i cant resolve this issue i have to quit CF, there is no way I can play like that! Please help!
