Help w/faulty item usage (bonus items)

Please a admin help, i used bonus item reset kill/death, and reset win/ losses. It reset my S&D but kept my elimination scores, ghost mode, and Team Death Match. This is not my problem, i have spent a lot of money on this game please correct this problem.

probly a faulty error it is possible it could be fixed within the next 48 hours but to be sure send in a support ticket.

i bought the same thing to reset my kdr but i have no idea how to turn it on pleae help
