Account Hacking

Hi Z8Games the Player [G]oldenGeag was hacking my account i added him in icq and he ask me to my name in Crossfire i send him my name and 5 Minutes later he hacked my Account. I have written a Support Ticket but no answer and I cant send me a new Password he hacke my first Account Kiopo no I cant play with it because he change the Password Please Help Me here is the link from my Profile http://clan.z8games.com/charstat_cf.aspx?usn=4009524

You won't get a better answer in the forum.

Just wait for that support ticket reply, and collect some decent proof. (Since I assume Z8 doesn't store IPs)

I wait more than 7 days on the support ticket and the gm fallenangel dont answer me i send him to a pm for 7 days

They are slow they have alot of other people with same stuff as you. Once i sent him something and it also took more then a week to be replied. So yeh, just w8

Usually it should never take that long unless it was a major issue. Usually it is a reply that the player didn't check.

Account security is your problem. To get your account back you will need all the information including the answer to your security question.

Please DO NOT give out your password, to anyone, period. Don't click questionable links on the internet. Don't use malicious software as some may contain key loggers.

How do you have the msn of the person who hacked your account? Was it because you gave them your password. Why did you do that? DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD. We can't stress this enough.

Also, as a side, there should be no reason any other player but yourself to know your Login ID. So don't tell anyone. PERIOD.

I dont give him my password and i dont have a programm or kezlogger from him i give him only my name in game so it not my fault so can u send me a new password on this email adress

the same thing happened to me, except i do not believe someone stole my account. I just need Saidans or FallenAngels or some other GM's help in recovering my password. i have PM'd both of them but have not heard back yet. I am sure you guys are busy and I thank you for all your work. Could you please help me? i will be patient.

There is no way for someone to just "hack" your account. That would mean that they breached the security on the login servers, which has never happened. In order to gain access to your account they need to know both your login name and your password. Your ingame name won't get them anywhere.

The fact that you guys willingly posted your emails on a public forum is an indication you probably aren't looking at your account security enough.

Please do not post your emails on these forums. They could be subject to any number of malicious activities.

Also, we do not send personal emails to people. If you send a support ticket in via the support page then you have to go back to that page to see if someone has replied to your ticket.
