Fix the spawning

You should NOT spawn while the round is ALREADY STARTED just so some 800 pinger can headshot you. You should ONLY spawn when IT'S A NEW ROUND. Fix your game.

haha that happened to me today as well annoys the crap outa me but the guy who killed me wasnt a 800 pinger he was a regular pinger...

i hate that alot to, especcially when u spawn as a ghost and a gr guys is right behind u >_<

In all modes you can spawn after the round has begun.
Except EM i think.

And that's old, and not bug.
