About something what maybe you don't care...

From when i start to play this game i saw many players who use hacks...i tried to tell them i will make reports about this and they said me every time something like this:
"You can report us we don't give a f***....they didn't banned anyone..."
So in the first thing i want to know if its real what they said.. to know if its deserve to save the replays....
