Buy Z8 points using Pay by phone?

i know its been asked before, but i just want to make sure its no bs or anything.

see, i live in the u.s. so i can't use the normal MOpay mobile payment method, so i was wondering if the pay by phone links under "earn free z8 points" tab actually works,

(becouse this tab is affiliated with 3rd party sites, that might actually bill you for something else or require you to do other things without actually giving you the points
