Desertion Problem

Can you please help me, I get disconnected all the time from the game for incorrect player and map info, I reinstalled crossfire but the problem keeps happening after playing around five games in a row. 50% of desertion in my account is from disconnections for these reasons and more, can you help me out by resetting my desertion or doing something about it.

why should you get your destertion reset? everyone has these problems, some more then others maybe

we should have destertion reset cuz lots of players got DC everytime
