my game crashes if i go to enter a beta channel and its full my whole game will disconnect just letting you know thanks

Hi I got a problem too it stucks sometimes...(actualy quiet a few times) and theres an option saying send error report but I cant click it why is this? Heres another 1 it stops or freeze for 10-25 and they kill me durning that time...
