Are Gms diligent in investigations?

Today while playing a sniper only match, I along with several other people were accused of hacking/chamming. The individual who may or may not have reported me really thinks I was hacking. Nothing seemed fishy about anyone in the match to me. I do not hack, but I am worried that my account may get banned because the individual said that he saved a replay of me jumping and knifing him after he complained about someone else doing the same thing. The reason I am worried is that I don't know how trustworthy the Gms for this game are at checking these things carefully. My in game stats should show that I am clearly not a hacker but can anyone, if not a Gm himself, reassure me in anyway that if my account does come under investigation, I can trust that they will look at all the facts?

In addition to this can anyone give me tips on how to spot hackers and tell me whether or not saving a replay is possible? And if so, how?

If you are not hacking then you should have nothing to be afraid about. To save a replay, wait until the game is over and you are brought to the scoring screen. In there, you will find an option that says, "Save". Click that, name the replay with the name of the person that you think is hacking and voila.

All reports are taken seriously, and fully reviewed before a final verdict is set. So, rest assured that as long as you are not doing anything wrong, nothing will happen.

the most Crossfire gamers not seriosly send replay to z8 cuz the player is too lasy ther just play and try to scare you but one i dont understand when you dont hack why you so scared about that ?... watever but i hear this sentenc evry day and i give a f... to this cuz i know that i dont hack and in all replays you want see my average skill or some lucky shoots (six sence for LUCK XD). greez all player keep cool and DONT h4ck

Not really, Ive send 7 replays recently... still waiting for these guys to show on the ban list... but no evidence of them

truth some people doesnt appear on the ban list... BUT NOT AT Least ONE! O.o

k... sending replay its pretty easy, just save replay, take screen of the scores, 2 screens while playing Just/n/case rename files to the name of the guys, upload and send urls. ( lol yea... What MikeSpike said... ).

Not all account would be shown on the ban list due to some reason that GMs don't want us to know.

God know what the reasons are.
