I dont have my crates?

I played monday, tuesday, friday and sunday for almost 6 hrs each and i still dont have my crates i dont even tried to signout when im playing cuz i know if i signout i wont have any crates. GM please help me i really want my crates. Thanks and i hope more people plays this game cuz this game is one of the best game i ever played and its so entartaining. God Bless
