when i record my fps goes to 15-25 on low settings and lags like hell. stupid fraps. maybe i set fraps to a too high fps?

oh. and an update to my last post, my crossfire lags but when i playback in fraps, its ok.

Just so you know, when you use gamebooster and fraps at the same time then your fps shouldn't drop to low. Maybe around 20-25. That doesn't really make you lag too badly. I just kept it on default settings and it works fine for me.

What FPS have you got fraps set too? mines on 27fps and it worls a treat, just make sure you have enough harddrive space for the footage, 10mins is around 4 gig..
