did u check ur e-mail for the confirmation note from UGC? usually after you enter the code they should send a e-mail to confirm the purcahse. but yea check your e-mail.

Same thing happened to me. No email came. After 2 days, i figured out that all you had to do was fkin go to your account to the page where all your purchases are. There should be 1 purchase, your gamecard, which will have a code. You can use that code to redeem your zp or whatever u want

Ya i all rdy payed for a card and i used the code and it says it took the money i just am not seeing it in my zp points so i can buy what i want

Everyone calm down.. They figured out the problem. Now they posted a thread saying that you will get your ZP back. 4 ~ 6 hours will take.
