what the hell is with the support ticket, i send a ticket and i don't get a reply for 5 days
the gms and z8 staff need to step up there jobs and reply to these things

Are you sure you are checking for your replies?

Please follow this mini guide. It could be that your ticket wasn't replied to but 5 days is extremely long and unless the issue was a major investigation most tickets get replied to within 24 hours.
