paypal zp buying problem,any suggestions
hey all 
i was always buying zp over paypal and it always worked correctly,but today i wanted to buy 10k zp ok to finish my offer and it says:
"Your credit or debit card has been declined for this transaction; PayPal could not validate the card. Please verify that the information you entered is correct, or try a different credit or debit card"
i have visa electron,and this never happened before
ive at bank today and put 10$ on a card soo its in use(not expired or something like that)
anyone had some problems like me,plz help

yes but ive bought zp over the paypal few times and it worked normaly till now,soo i dont know whats the problem...maybe z8 page is *****d now and maybe thats the reason for card fail..i dont know
theres has been a lot of problems with paypal ZP buying over the last few weeks.
