Need Help!

*I have no clue where to put this thread but,

I am in drastic need of help!
Recently, my family has cut off one of our internet cables to our fax line and now it is connected to our phone line. Right as this happened and for the next few hours I had drastic lagg. Now that is fixed, I have a new problem. Whenever I aim at someone with my little circle with the dot in the middle, it shows their name but when I fire it does not hit them even if they're standing still. I'm not saying that i'm an amazing player, but I know I can aim well. If anyone has some tip, tricks, or help PLEASEEE!!! PLEASE! help me. I will be grateful. Either post on here or pm me in-game.

Fix here

Heres what I did to get game work with McAfee. Clicked configure,then click computer & files,then disable virus protection and spyware guard. Then game will work just remember to turn it back on after game. Something must of changed in game 2 nights ago because thats when this all started for many people. Do the same with other virus programs.(it might take some trial and error be patient) It will work. ITS KIND OF SAD THAT U HAVE TO DISABLE PROTECTION TO PLAY GAME. YOU SHOULDNT HAVE TO COMPROMISE YOUR SECURITY.
