The same happens to me!

God, I've reported this so much times and I don't get any good response.
They just say "See our common solutions post and see if your problem is solved" that common solutions Isn't helping.

I'm a huge CrossFire fan but I'm not gonna mess up my pc just because I'm geeting an error caused for the game not for my pc. I play others games and they run very well.
I dont use anti-virus and my PC isnt running any programs in the background.

This error mostly occurs when the map splash is loading, when you quit a match or when you get kicked and sometimes it just happens with no reason. the games just exits to my desktop with no error message.

The only error I've got is something like "Client MFC application stopped working" and is rarely when it appears.

Also I've tried running the game in different graphic modes>> 16 bits/32bits
changin the resolution 800x600/1024x768
default settings, low, medium, high and the same happens the game just quits with no reason.

And by the way there is a bug when I try to chage the depth color to 16bits, It remains at 32bits even when you resatart CrossFire.

I know there was a new patch yesterday and i admit it, the game is kinda more stable than before but still happens this!!!

i crash before i even get a chance to join a game! i used to be able to play normally, but for some reason for the past 2 days cf keeps crashing and messing up my computer! is this from cf or from my computer??!

This is due to CF, because I've got the same problem too, since I updated this game.
It's getting really frustrating that I can't play the game anymore and that nobody can solve this!

and @Mayckolld: this isn't the same problem, you say that you can play the game sometimes, well, we can't even join a server so you're not going to find a solution here I'm afraid.

patch failed

if all the patch did was give EU a better place to play CF great however it put my ping thru the roof n guess what CF crashed back to my desktop on echo server and i see the number of problems n errors are showing up today, i am unable to play CF today due to high lag and crash's, nor can the members in my clan play for the same reason, not to mention we are losing 20-50 clan point each day we are out, that's gonna really help our ranking huh

I know, but before this last patch my game used to crash anywhere in-game with no reason and with no error message just the same like all of you and after the last pacth i'm no getting that issue anymore but my game is still giving me this "client MFC application error" which is very similar.

and i think this error is from the game not from our pc, maybe they're missing some programming.

Yeah, thats true, it's definitly the game and not our pc's, because there are more and more topics showing up about this problem, but Z8 are unable to fix this it seems..

It's very annoying because we can't play the game now anymore, maybe I'll try to re-install it, but I have problems with the installer too haha.

CF really has become a crappy game, sorry to say it.

I've tried unistalling, downloading and installing the lastest CF setup but is not helping, the lastest setup is version 1041.
