I THINK I found a way to get those H**k sites shut down.
Ok here it is.
Article 61 (TRIPs)173
Members shall provide for criminal procedures and penalties to be applied at least in cases of wilful trademark counterfeiting or copyright piracy on a commercial scale. Remedies available shall include imprisonment and/or monetary fines sufficient to provide a deterrent, consistently with the level of penalties applied for crimes of a corresponding gravity. In appropriate cases, remedies available shall also include the seizure, forfeiture and destruction of the infringing goods and of any materials and implements the predominant use of which has been in the commission of the offence. Members may provide for criminal procedures and penalties to be applied in other cases of infringement of intellectual property rights, in particular where they are committed wilfully and on a commercial scale.
IF I'm correct the part were it states, "Members may provide for criminal procedures and penalties to be applied in other cases of infringement of intellectual property rights, in particular where they are committed wilfully and on a commercial scale." that if any site or person sells h**ks on a commercial scale and willfully sold it they have broken a law, a computer law. Now, the commercial scale is undecided for it's not been advertised but many things being sold world wide isn't advertised but still sold on a commercial scale and based on how often these sites can update there H**ks they clearly are making a fine living out of what they do.
Is there any profession or more educated person about this topic out there that would help me shut these sites down. As far as I see it, if Z8games or Smiley Gate would take a lawsuit Z8games or Smiley Gate would win. PLEASE tell me this is a way to FINALLY end the h**kers.

Lol it should be shut down but if you think about it like this.If I ran a game of this scale I would most definitely try and do something..And you would think if its against the law why is it going so good for the coders who make them..Rich ass dudes make so much loot...And yet no one can do nothing about it???????????

Ok the shortened version is there is a law that states, "Any hack sold willingly and on a commercial scale is illegal, punishable by different means." The hacks being sold on the top sites and other sites are commercial sold and willingly done so why isn't here any action being done. Z8 could easily shut down the sites and have the team of hackers providing everyone with hacks thrown in jail or sued out their mind for damages toward the game.
In addition, all the games could come together and bring a class action and have them thrown in jail for a long time or sued beyond recovery. Things could be done in other words just not done. -

Reality is money is being made and taxes are paid so my thoughts are they dont care.... -

Its nice to see you try, but when you consider that these hacks can be made by individuals... do you really think it's possible to stop the hacking? People will just make more hack sites bud... sorry, but hacks and games are hand in hand, its how it will always be.
Besides...
Hackers still buy Z8 points... do you think that z8 would really want to ban all of its hackers and lose a considerable proportion of its income?

well i heard that some people are making wallhack and that kind of sheets.
website are making viphackz and some hackz,but even some players are doing it.
Z8 should try to search for website where they offer hackz or vip hackz for 1$,but i think they dont really care about it i did report some guys for hackz they are still playing and giving to people free hackz -

banning takes time...look around on the forums for a thread by GM Saidin and he even says that when reviewing replays it takes time. over 100 replays are sent in a day. there are only so many people that can look at that.you figure on average 100 replays a day
take 100x35. thats 3,500 replays in a month and 5 days. you figure each replay is what? 10 minutes long? take 10x50 (50 replays) thats 500 minutes. 500/60 (60 minutes in an hour)
thats 8.4 hours for jus 50 replays. 50x3=150 so approximately in 1 day they can view about 150 replays. 3500/150= about 3500 replays would take 23.3 days and
on top of that there are still more replays comming in.
(notice that my math took 5 minutes and its based on average it actually could take longer) -
Truth is BlindRob is correct..I only say stuff to redirect peoples mind...Hacks can be patched but it would take time to put a complete stop to it.As easy as it is to make a hack its 100 times harder to shut them down..Does recoding the whole game sound like something worth waiting for?Maybe...But just stop crying every time you die..You will respawn no matter what..
Go to Iraq and tell the towel heads that they hack.....Nuff said.. you will get billions of chances to play and only 1 in the real battle...I inner scrim and pub late hours when low ranks are on..I dont get kicked or called hak...And I pwn fools. -
Actually doing something rather than going through the motions as it appears they are doing .
CF will " NOT " hire more ppl to review replays so that is the biggest problem . It is not an issue of them not having the cash flow to do so either . The ad revenues make them alot of dough .
They put in a UK server among other things . Cost wise that is immense . So cleaning up the hackers is not on the top of the priority list when it is a tight knit prob ethnic origin based company at CF . Basically if they do not think it up then it won't be considered . HMMMM
Closed minded company or what . The end . Fail CF
p.s. They might have a hand in the hckr sites as income also . Nvr know .
