XDVAnnn.sys BSOD Windows Vista SP1

Sorry if it's already been posted (probably has, but so many topics about blue screens...) but I've recently been getting blue screens past few days from a file called "XDVAnnn.sys".
I google searched this and apparently other people have this problem as well, with games utilising Xtrap.

It's obviously XTrap's problem so I was wondering if anyone had a link in this forums that could fix it...?

2GB DDR2 RAM
HD 2400 Pro
Windows Vista Business SP1

Also I scanned my computer with AVG 9.0 and it's all clean; and it doesn't show up in scans either according to Google.
