Very Slow

Well lately, like hmmm....2 days from now, i started getting pings that are very laggy ranging from 150 to 680, however, before that, i used to have decent ping like from 20 to 106 depending one the time of day. And once, i tried connecting to Charlie server: 1-It took quite a while to go from the log in thing to the server selecting thing 2-I tried connecting to charlie and i was stuck on "CONNECTING TO SERVER". all that time i was on a msn call, which i usually do whenever i play with my friend, and she didn't seem to have the same problem as i. This only happen recently and has been persisting for a few days, otherwise, before, i did not have a problem regarding internet.
I usually play on Charlie, Foxtrot and Delta servers.
Edit: I don't have any problems with my internet except in the game

I would Greatly appreciate it if you could lend me a helping hand in solving this matter.
