Hi,

Sounds like you purchased ZP as we were in the process of moving here to z8games. We made sure that everyone received their proper points and that things went smooth however it's possible that you could be one of the very very rare people who's transactions got mixed up in the system.

To correct this, send a support ticket in @ support.z8games.com and make sure to include your account/character information as well as the type of transaction you made. Also any proof (email confirmation) that you have of the transaction so we can double check the records and get you your points!
