Mobile Payment error

hello i charge 2 euro's from my phone at this number 0720713003 and i didnt receive any text message or any zp, and they extrac 2 euro from the phone

Safari detects the mobile payment page as phishing so I didnt even try.

It writes a thing like "fermer" on the mobile payment page when I clik it for france. But in any cases it is really craap they tax you 3euros for what? 2000zp really craap that payment system.
