i played 2 hours in friday and today is monday...i didnt get my cratest...i played 2 hours in saturday but my zp cratest are not here..when im going to get it?

I have become my 3 Free GP Crates from Monday - Tuesday but my Free GP Crates form Friday and my Free ZP Crates from Sunday i dont have they at the black market. :-( :-( :-(
