Stuck and disconect

in most of my matches i get stuk on a wall or something and i get dced and it says disconected for wrong player info anyone know wat to do

This have happen to me, and its 100% annoying when you are bunnying because if you jump or run to a wall u get stuck then your character fly up up then you DC = "Disconnected for Wrong Player Information" window popup. PLEASE FIX THIS As Soon As Possible -.-
