CF Client Error Code Number: 18_0

I got a CF client error twice since the patch... hopefully this is the right spot to post about it. Both times was in the middle of a game and I thought the room crashed but now I think it was just me. Not sure if I can get a screenie on here for ya, hopefully the link works. I was having a good game both times I could almost believe I got kicked and this error showed up instead of the usual kick screen. This happening to anybody else?
