How do u apply custom kill marks?

I deleted the old ones and put the 3.5 1's in but it shows up white boxes in game
Anyone know how to fix this?

You downloaded some .TGA images right? You'll need to place them at C:\Programs\Z8Games\CrossFire\rez\UI\Mark or whereever you installed CrossFire. CF_DIRECTORY\rez\UI\Mark

Yes i put them there... but for some reason its still white, should it be in a foldeR??

No. The .TGA are supposed to be there.
