Cannot Name Change?

Hey.. I tried to name change but I couldn't. I did it like a hundred times but still wouldn't let me. It was an available name becuase I check it in the name search bar. I went on to it and no one chose that name. So I went on to the mall and clicked my items and press name change, and entered my name. It wouldn't still let me name change it has been 2 days and the error was saying "Name change had failed. Please try again". Please can someone help me ^^
