Black market bug!!!!!

My friend wanted a xm8 adv. He heard about a trick and he tried and he failed, but the thing is he made a few accounts. And then he brought 50 xm8 adv crates and between 34 and 39th crates, he finally WON THE XM8 BUT HE GOT DISCONNECTED.

HE IS 110% SURE HE WON THE XM8 AND WITH THE DISCONNECT HE LOST IT?!?!?! THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE, IS IT?! He uninstalled the game and he got really mad/sad about it. I try to get him back at crossfire, but HOW THE F*CK IS THIS POSSIBLE?!?!

Could he solve it with a support ticket?! He doesn't have got a screenshot of it...

He also told me that the crates witch were left (about 20+) were gone and he had 361gp left?!

Nobody knows his password. He changed it and I'm pretty sad about my friend...

1. thing... theres no trick its really luck and second... probably it was the scar light which he won there and he just didnt look correct

well your friend is making it up because it does no matter if you get disconnected you will still get the items so if he did win the XM8-adv and got disconnected then he would still have it like swiss said its probebly the scar-L when you look at scar-L on the reels really quick it does look a little like an XM8-adv specialy since there similar colours
