i have played saturday and sunday and i haven't recived my zp and gp crates why?

Wait 48 hours (as stated by the Mods. If you have not received it within 2 days, send a support ticket if you are positive you played for 2 hours. Cheers ^^

Im peed off with this crates thing. I still havent got my crates from Thursday, Friday or Saturday. I played MORE than 2 hours on these days and still no crates. I PMed FallenAngel. No reply. Sent in a web form. I only get a crappy answer saying ''go to this link:http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=2431 so wth?!

I have become my 3 Free GP Crates from Monday - Tuesday but my Free GP Crates form Friday and my Free ZP Crates from Sunday i dont have they at the black market
