Where are my free ZP crates?

Yes! Where are my free ZP crates? Im really played 2 hours or more perday at this weekend.. But didnt came to me crates.. What's that? What should I do for this?

Everyone has been getting this problem. Before i say more, next time try searching other threads about this, as there alot of threads like this. Try waiting for 2 days. If you don't get them in 2 days, send a support ticket. Also I'm not quite sure but they said something about firewalls blcoking their use of tracking of how much time you play. Try disabling it when you play CrossFire and enbale it again.

You obviously did not read the announcement very carefully:

If you have not received your prizes for the day you played after 2 days please
make sure you really did play for 2+ hours on that day and Private Message
[GM]FallenAngel on the forums with the specific times you were on and the
dates and he will be able to help you further. If our records do not show you as
being online we cannot provide you any crates. To ensure your gameplay
hours are calculated correctly make sure you are not behind any firewalls,
routers, proxies, etc that may interfere with our recording how long you are
online for.


Note: To properly receive your GP crates you must be at least Rank "SERGEANT 1"
before the end of each days giveaways. Anyone who is not of that rank at the time the
crates are given out will not be able to properly receive their crates. For anyone who
has this problem we will be attempting to send them their crates again later but if they
are still not at least rank "SERGEANT 1" at that time then they will forfeit their prizes.

If anyone else is having an issue with unreceived crates, follow the instructions in the announcement and do not create new threads about the issue. Thank you.

Lol, i wanna say big lol, read this GMs. We have got that problem, we played more than 2 hour we are SURE. We sent ticket, do not answered, and every1 got this problem, LOL. You cant tell that if you dont recieve crates please send ticket. We got GP crates. But "NO1" got ZP crates, why? why any1 havent got that zp crates? or it is a lie for ppl more play the game? We want us ZP crates we dont lie we played more than 2 hours but 2 days after we havent got that crates. Please answer this post or you gonna loose more players of this game than you gained with this event...

yep Judge is right man,on friday i played more than 4 hours from 9am to 16.00 ,no crates for this day(gp crates), and on saturday i playes the whole day man,more than 8 hours of game play ,didnt eat didnt sleep ,didnt stay in the lobby...and on sunday other 6 hours of play and no zp crates,although on monday ,tuesday,wendsday,thursday i received my gp crates for like 3 hours of play each day!This is a skam to fool people around or an explination for a big lie with this firewall cr.aps...WE WANT FACTS AND AN EXPLINATION!!!!
Im sure that no one will respond more this thread cause they all got sicked of this lies ,and false explinations ,i send the pm to the mod and no answer ,dont we deserve one???

Didn't recive my crates 2.I was w8ing for 2 days and no crates.
I played for about 5-6 hours 2 days ago.
I agree with JudG3.If GM's wount send ZP crates all players will quit CF. -_-

I also agree with TheJudG3. I on Saturday and Sunday and played more than 2 hours and I want my boxes ZP. I hope this is not a farce for people in the game. Because he will lose several players to lie to all these players
