Im getting to the point where i cant play anywere
rookie i cant get in becuse im way over
alpha is just huge bars
brovo have the big clans
charail have fk have haks and nubs
delta just have all zp players
i do think this agood idea BUT no one will play in a 1.7 kd for one reason
why would you go and play fighting huge players all the time?
think about it unless they threw something in like 5% extra exp

going on the topic... i've made a sugestion about a high rank server, check this out

nah i dont think it should be kdr cause what if its like a new guy just comes into cf and has a kdr of like 2-1 and then they can join? it should be rank

both kdr and rank do not mean anything. i could:
1. easily farm my way to a 5.0 kdr
2. make a new account and pwn most ppl.
