'Disconnected from server'...how do i stop this?

Every time i play a few games there will be one game that decides to disconnect me for NO REASON at all.

i will be playing a game then all of a sudden there is no sound. i'll run around and find someone but they are running on the spot. then it takes like 30 seconds for the box to come up saying "disconected from server" then when i press ok the whole game closes!

WHY is this happening? And whoose fault is it? atm i am blaming Z8 but i dont think its them.

How can i stop this happening? is there anyway?

PS. before anyone says "oh, its your connection!". i never have lag when it happens, apart from the 'lag-that-is-always-there-because-someone-needs-to-set-up-the-UK-server' lag.
