Ping spiking, Please read.

Ok, so i my ISP is orange and i'm currently on the best package possible, two of my other freinds also have the same ISP and package.
My problem: Around 6-9PM GMT, i spike hardcore from 140-700 ping every second or so, although my freinds get a stable 130-140 ping at all times of the day.
Any suggestions if it's my setup or my ISP's problem?

Reset your modem. Try waiting one day(I know that is sad xD) or call your Company.
