It says ProStarz, but he decided to use alt's instead of default characters for all but two letters and it hurts my eyes. It makes me wonder whether or not he just now discovered he could use alt+codes. The clan owner doesn't understand the meaning of a pubstar, so when he replaced 'pub' with 'pro' he destroyed the name by bringing it out of syntax.

Edit: I just looked at his profile, KD ratio of 6:5 which isn't all that great, but what makes it bad for him, he has tons of guns, including rares. I'm sure one day he will either be a force to be reckoned with or he will quit CrossFire after all he's put into it (like you see $2000 guitars in pawnshops because someone decided they were bored of guitar and gave it up).
