Cant use TAB-key

Hello guys.Maybe the most of the players got this problem.i have a "german keyboard"
and i cant lock ingame how mcuh kills and death i have(TAB).
Also i must always chance the keyboard option when i playing because i cant use shift,ctrl and spacebar.but thats not important because i can chance it and then i have the features.
I hope you can help me!

go to keyboard options, and change the language to english, then u'll be able to use tab key, when u log out, change it back to ur german
