If I get into options menu the map vanish

Since last 2 months I've being posting this problem.
when i go to Options menu in the game, suddenly the map disappears and all i can see are mountains, and the sky, this last until i enter and qit a game, so as i can't see anything i always get kick or dead until finishing the game.
I can't find how to post the image i got.
But i hope u can help me this time-

something similar used to happen to me, it turned dark, it happened to me when the graphic card stopped working
