My "Fps"

Yeah i was just wondering why my fps keeps going down after 3 mins into the game.
It happens every time. and i'm using game booster.
At 1st i have 68~90 Fps with 50 pings then all of a sudden i get lower to 0.8~1.0 Fps with 151 pings, Can anyone help?

*P.S I got all the settings low, and stuff.
