Need help ASAP!

Hey guys! I've been having this issue for a looooonnnggg time now...When I go into a game, it takes very long to load and I usually lag the first round, then it gets better. Is there any way to make my game load faster? For ex. I'm trying to have a 1vs1 with someone. His game will load quickly and mine will take like triple that amoutn so the match can't start. Also when I clan war with my clan (-Maximus-) when we win the first match and it automatically switches up teams and goes into the second match, mine takes too long to finish so I always end up in the room while my clan mates are in the match and if I press "join game" I get disconnected Is there any way to make my matches load faster and close faster? Is there a free program that will help? Plz respong ASAP
