Havent Recived My ZP!!! HELP!!!

Hello there everyone,

I'm really worried right now....

yesterday i bought an Ultimate Game Card from FutureShop in Canada.

And today, i redeemed the card. When i redeemed it, it worked totally fine. They sent me an email and it said that you should have your ZP.

But OF COURSE i don't have my ZP... and it has been 4 hours!!!!!

I need help! what should i do??!!!!

PS. This is my Second problem with ZP!!!!!!! not happy >:(

im so angry... ive waited a whole day... and NO ZP, NO REPLY FROM GM'S.....

like what is with this........ this is my cessond incident... so thats $55.00 DOWN THE DRAIN!!! if i dont get my ZP im gunna FLIP!

yea a game i "wasted" $55.00

It would totaly not be "wasted" if they would've given me my ZP. But of course i dont get it.

BTW... when i entered in the code, the site was EXTREMELY laggy. it took 5 mins to load 1 page.... and when i go to google, it was really fast. So.... does that have anything to do with it?

GM's get over 100+ reports a day, your turn will come.

When you entered the code, did you make sure it was on the account you wanted it on? Some people use different accounts for the website and for the game. You may have deposited it to your website account.
To check this, does it show up in the item mall on the website?

i checked. No ZP anywhere. In the email it has my correct account. So....
