What would cause replays not to work?

When I try to view a saved replay, it goes to the screen where it says 'replay loading' but as soon as it does this I get a 'would you like to send an error report' dialog box

What would cause this?

are not working properly

How did you find out about this? I briefly looked through the announcements and didn't see anything about it
