High PING & Clan Chat bugged& Server Crash

Hi Gm no offence but this game is going down the ****hole.....I truly love this game and its totaly worth paying for it but lately i been having some problems whit cf.First of all my ping now is from 170 to 200 making playing hard since i see the other players teleport from 1 place to another thus making my aim realy hard.Secound is the Clan chat bug i cant talk to my clan when I am in game,so if we want to do cw or just say hi we have to whisper which is realy stupid.And the server is been laggy and crashing even more annyong when we go to beta its crash even more offten making you leave the beta in the middle of the game.I would like to fix this problems its really a good game and i would really hate it to leave CF.And 1 more thing since the new patch the hackers are now even more.Like 1/5 room theres like 1 hacker just look for yourself http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aMpUGLBu7Lw (sorry for the bad english) peace
