keyboard help {key conflict}

I am using a laptop and use the numberpad. And am having a conflict with some keys.

Numberpad 1 also pagedown I use for crouch, but it has also started to slidedown screen brightness.

Num 8 - forward
Num 5 - back
Num 4 - left
Num 6 - right
Num 1 - crouch
Num 2
Num 3
Num 7 - reload
Num 9 - last weapon

Right Arrow - jump

seem ok

I would also like to use / * - + and Numberpad Enter for weapons, but have conflicts.

My main hassle though, is the screen brightness/crouch conflict.
It has been doing it since the 21st or 22nd Feb, before that it was fine.
The reason I use this layout is that I am left handed, and WASD is really useless for me.

If there is a config file that I can edit to remove the bind for brightness, or another work around, it would be helpful.
