ZP surveys?

Most of the time when i do surveys, I do not get any ZP a couple mins later upon completion. Is there anything i could be potentially doing wrong and are there any ways to get more efficient ZP from the surveys here and playspan?

some of em worked for me right to start with but then i didnt get nothing and they all just dissapeared from the status page:(
